How to create your next signature offer (using what you already have)
#12 The offer suite that got my client to 10k cash this month
Helloo, beautiful human!
Welcome to the 12th edition of my newsletter! I am writing this newsletter from my hometown in France.
Today I want to share the one mistake I see ambitious entrepreneurs make when they want to create an offer suite and the simple strategy that actually works.

Can we talk about this whole "passive income stream" thing for a second?
Everyone talks about creating multiple income streams to scale. No one mentions why most offer suites keep you stuck at the same revenue level.
You're hitting €3-5k months consistently, but you know there's more potential. Maybe your current offer doesn't excite you anymore. Maybe you've outgrown it. Maybe you're thinking "this worked when I started, but it's not where I want to be now."
So when you see everyone talking about courses and "passive income streams," it sounds like the logical next step. Create something new, appeal to different budgets, diversify your revenue.
Here's what I've learned working with entrepreneurs who successfully scale to €10k+ months: they don't create offers for different people. They create offers for the same person at different stages of their journey.
This is the foundation of sustainable scaling, and it's exactly what I teach my clients.
The complexity trap that kills scaling
The problem with most offer suites is complexity.
When you create offers for different audiences, you're essentially running multiple businesses:
Different marketing messages
Different prospecting strategies
Different problems to solve
Different customer journeys to manage
The entrepreneurs who break through to consistent €10k+ months take a different approach entirely.
They understand that scaling isn't about finding more people - it's about serving the same people deeper.
What offer to create?
Take your current offer and decide if you want to appeal to people who are more advanced or more beginner (we're still talking about the same person, just a different buyer stage).
If you go more beginner (before your main offer):
Preparation stage - getting them ready for your main solution
Lower price point, higher volume needed
Requires more time investment to create volume
If you go more advanced (after your main offer):
Optimization/scaling stage - building on what you already fixed
Higher price point, existing client base
Less prospecting, more retention
Same expertise. Same ideal client. Different entry or exit points.
How F. hit his first €10k cash month without hunting for more clients
When F. and I started working together 11 months ago, we started by building his main offer and getting his first clients coming in consistently.
2 months ago, we started working on introducing a second offer.
Here's where most people make the mistake - when they want to scale, they create offers for completely different people. Which essentially means they need to spend twice as much time looking for clients.
Instead, I had F. look at his current offer and decide: do you want to appeal to people who are more advanced or more beginner? Same person, just a different stage of their journey.
We first tested the beginner route - F. created a community offer. He got a few sign-ups but quickly realized he needed to spend massive amounts of time creating volume, and honestly? He didn't enjoy it. After a month of testing, he closed it down.
Then we flipped the approach. Instead of reaching out to completely different people, we focused on the people he was already working with and prepared what comes next for them.
This month? F. signed 2 new clients at his base price and re-signed 1 existing client for his new advanced offer.
Result: His first €10k cash month:
Here's what most people miss about offer suites
They think more offers = more income. But what it actually creates is more confusion.
When you create offers for different people:
You need different marketing messages
You're prospecting to different audiences
You're solving different problems
You're essentially running multiple businesses
When you create offers for the same person at different stages:
Your marketing compounds (same message, deeper trust)
Your audience grows more qualified over time
Your clients ascend naturally through your journey
You become known for transformation, not tactics
The difference between €3-5k months and €10k months isn't more offers - it's better client flow.
Maybe you're reading this thinking...
Maybe you're the successful coach who loves what you do but can't figure out how to scale without starting over.
Maybe you're the consultant hitting consistent €3-5k months but worried that changing anything will disrupt your current income.
Maybe you're the service provider who knows there's more potential in your business but every scaling strategy feels like it would mean working twice as hard.
The real challenge: You don't need more offers right now. You need to understand the one thing about client journey design that transforms everything.
That's exactly why I created my 6-month intensive. Because the entrepreneurs who break through to €10k months all understand this one principle - and once you see it, you can't unsee it.
